Winvic - Unit 2&3

We are happy to announce that we have completed works for a project in Raunds for one of our valued customers. We started work on the 2 warehouses in April 2019 and the works were handed over at the end of 2020.

We designed, manufactured and installed a number of works including:

• 5 x Galvanised steel staircases – 1 x @ 11m, 2 x @ 6.5m, 2 x @ 4.5m in height
• 2 x Water bottle staircases & platform stations
• 4 x Gatehouse galvanised staircases & platforms
• Over 60 Tonne of support steels & lintels for all the door ways and glass partition/bulkheads in the offices and welfare pods.
• CAT Ladder works
• 2 x Walkover platforms
• Pallet Gate
• Large steel ladder rack for incoming electrical cables off a loading of 300kg per LM (Total weight just under 20 Tonne) – 10m tall & spanned 35m
• Around 200LM of plant deck handrail & kick plate
• Galvanised handrail – 2 x 11 precast doc staircases
• External protection
• Numerous trimmer, goalpost & support steels for the glass partition in the office
• Office ramp with handrail
