M.R Industrial Services are seeking a Workshop Manager with experience in the steelwork/construction industry to join a well established and successful steelwork fabrication business based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day to day running of our Fabrication workshop.
• Report to Operations Manager
• Manage a team of 15-20 staff (Fabricator/Welders & Apprentices)
• Communicate with Subcontractors, various departments, and employees

Ideal Skills/Experience

• 3 years’ experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel
• NVQ or equivalent in a managerial discipline
• Fabrication experiences a preference
• Ability to read drawings

• Willing to embrace the strong ‘TEAM’ ethos of the company

Salary and hours:

• Competitive salary
• Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm
