Winvic -ST Modwens Park, Phase 3

M.R Industrial Services would like to share with you the completed works we carried out for a client of ours in Derby.

We previously shared with you the works that we carried out in phase 1 & 2 but now phase 3 is completed, we wanted to show you this too…📸

We designed, manufactured, and installed the following:

• 2 x Feature staircases from ground to second floor – Steel structure with steel tread infill panels, glass risers and structural glass balustrade completed with American light oak handrail
• 5 x Entrance feature staircase from ground to second floor – Steel structure with steel tread infill panels, glass risers and structural glass balustrade completed with stainless steel handrail
• 3 x Escape stair balustrade and wall rail – stainless steel 3 bar infill & wire system with stainless steel handrail
• 2 x 16.5m Cat ladder from ground floor to roof – hoop protection and intermediate staging landings with lockable gates at top and bottom
• 3 x 12m CAT Ladders from ground floor to roof – hoop protection and intermediate staging landings with lockable gates at top and bottom
• 3 Additional CAT Ladders ranging from 8 – 13.5m
• Plant deck key clamp & balustrade – over 130m
• 4 x Ship ladders
• 2 x Dock Stairs
• Steel goalposts
• Various other secondary steel works

This was a great project to be involved in and we are very happy with the completed works, look at that main feature staircase!
