Works completed:

• 3 Staircases which consisted of 3 floors of handrails and balustrade which was mild steel painted with Marley handrail
• Bespoke designed and fabricated of 0.74kn balustrade/fencing to the front of block A & C – 90lm with 2 self-closing gates
• Bespoke Designed and Fabricated of 1.5kn balustrade/fencing to the rear of block A – 30lm with 1 self-closing gate
• Framework and GRP flooring to the control pit
• Laser-cut edge stainless steel sign to explain the locations history
• Restore & fit railway tracks to the front entrance yard to be used as a feature design to show the history of the area
• Numerous door steels
• Temporary roof protection works
• Ball & rail handrail to the rear garden area
