Space Park LEICESTER - Phase 2

MR Industrial Services are excited to show you the completed works that we carried out for a key client of ours at Space Park Leicester. This new project is being developed by the University of Leicester in collaboration with local, national, and international partners.

We designed, manufactured and installed the following for Phase 2:

• Central Office Staircase – 3 floors high – 12mm thick steel handrail panels with stainless steel handrail, brushed stainless wall rail.
• 60m Glass balustrade to retaining wall – including 9 stair balustrades.
• 70m Balustrade to roof – stainless steel post & top rail – wire rope infill system.
• 200m Balustrade to roof plant and deck – stainless steel post, top rail & mid rail – free standing.
• External fire escape staircase.
• External ground floor gas cage – galvanised and powder coated, perforated panels.
• Cat Ladder (1 x 4m high)

Again, this project has been completed to a very high standard and we are delighted with the final works.
